How you'll make an impact:

Amplify your career with SiriusXM + Pandora's Pathways Program, which places recent college graduates and early-career professionals into a full-time career track at the company. The program offers Associates an opportunity to work within a select department and is designed to accelerate development through a 12-month dedicated training, mentorship, and networking opportunity as an on-ramp to long term full-time placement. Within their first year, Associates will learn about specific areas of the business as part of a cross-functional cohort.

What you'll do:

At SiriusXM + Pandora, we seek talented individuals with diverse expertise and backgrounds. Depending on your area of interest, Pathways Associates may be placed within one of the following areas:

  • Finance and Accounting
  • Marketing, Advertising, and Design
  • Sales and Partnerships
  • IT
  • Hardware/Software Engineering
  • Product Management and Design
  • Audio and Video Production and Programming
  • Corporate Functions (Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Strategy, etc.)

What you'll need:

  • To be considered for this program, applicants will be asked to submit their areas of interest.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A recent graduate from Howard University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, Morgan State University, Prairie View A&M University, or Huston Tillotson University.
  • 0-2 years of experience, including internships within related field, preferred but not required.
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $45,000 to $60,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
